| Council provides a free heritage advisory service to help the owners and occupants of heritage places within the Shire to care for these places.
This service is provided on a weekly basis with the Heritage Advisor generally available on Thursdays by appointment to answer questions relating to heritage matters. Advice ranges from heritage design and colour schemes through to restoration advice and assistance in preparing Planning Permit applications.
