Ride Daylesford

Don’t forget that Ride Daylesford is about to hit the region this weekend. Around 1,500 cyclists will ride through Hepburn Shire, Macedon Ranges and Mount Alexander. The safety of both riders and drivers is important during the event, so traffic management and reduced speed limits will be in place throughout the course.

Construction at The Rex

We’re excited to announce that construction  on our new community hub at The Rex is commencing on Monday 9 October. The site will be closed for the construction period. We will soon have a new library, community theatre/cinema, social enterprise café and Council offices. With a project of this scale there will be some inconvenience.

The public toilets will be closed for the duration of the project and access to the building will not be permitted. The car park at the rear of the building will be part of the worksite and also closed.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that you are as excited as we are about our new community hub.
