Artisan Agriculture Business Mentor Program

We know that our agriculture sector is pivotal to our economy and community!  Whether you need support in marketing your product or service, increasing sales, Human Resources, Finance or just seeking greater motivation and confidence there is a mentor available to help?

As part of the Artisan Agriculture project, Council is inviting artisan producers and growers from the Hepburn Shire and Central Highlands region to apply for the FREE Artisan Agriculture Business Mentor Program which will run until December 2021 (unless sold out prior).

Council have partnered with the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS) to provide industry mentoring support to artisan agriculture businesses through a voucher program.

The program will offer participants a FREE (up to 90-minute) mentoring session on a specific topic at a time and date that is suitable to you and your business. The session topics being offered were identified as important to the artisan agriculture sector by the Project Advisory Group and directly by the industry.

These sessions will be held with a mentor of your choice and matched to your needs. The mentor/business adviser will provide the business mentoring session either face to face (where possible) or online via Skype/ Zoom or by Telephone as per your request.
