Early in 2017, Council will be working with the community to develop our four year Council Plan 2017-2021 and Budget for 2017-2018… and we want to hear from you as we develop these important plans to set our direction.
As a first step, this year we are introducing a new opportunity to submit budget ideas early in the process. We are inviting budget ideas for our next budget now until Monday 23 January 2017. Although we are unable to commit to funding all ideas, we want to hear what the community needs. This will help inform both the budget and Council Plan priorities for the next four years.
There will be further opportunities to have your say. We will respond to all ideas submitted and work with you over the next few months.
