ASBAS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PROGRAM
The ASBAS workshops, webinars and online learning platforms are now FREE as part of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services Digital Solutions Program which provides low-cost high quality services to small businesses (less than 20 employees) across Victoria.
All new program participants accessing any of the services offered must complete a new registration form. Participants who register will receive an initial phone call from an ASBAS program team member to discuss which program offerings/topics will best address their unique business needs.
Mentoring is no longer free under this new program delivery and must be purchased. This is now an add-on service. Once registered new program participants can purchase up to 4 hours of mentoring at $25 for 2 hours (subject to availability) via the Digital Solutions Mentoring website. Existing program participants who have already claimed 4 hours of digital mentoring cannot claim further sessions within this expansion.
The mentoring through the Business Resilience Program has also been exhausted due to high demand. Participants of this program wishing to access mentoring with also have to purchase it at $25 for 2 hours (up to 4 hours), subject to availability.
The ASBAS Digital Solutions program covers digital and general business topics. Digital topics include websites and selling online, social media and digital marketing, using small business software, and online security and data privacy, while general topics include business strategy, finance, human resources, resilience and wellbeing, and COVID-19 stimulus packages for small business.
