Community Care – Home Based Services
Council’s Aged & Disability Services provide a range of services that can support older people to stay active, independent and living at home for as long as possible.
When people stay active, involved and doing as much for themselves as possible, it is proven to help people stay independent with a greater sense of well-being.
Eligibility for programs is assessed prior to commencing any service, and is targeted for frail older people and their carers.
