Home Support Services Supervisor
In this role you will lead a team of dedicated Care Workers in a positive and inclusive manner to to ensure flexible, reliable and efficient home-based support services are delivered to clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining electronic rosters for home based support services ensuring resources are utilised as effectively and efficiently as possible in meeting client and program needs and undertake service liaison with clients, contract service providers and the team to resolve complex customer problem resolution, recommending alternatives and making arrangements for agreed actions.

- Someone with sound supervisory skills that supports their team to focus on providing contemporary client centred care in a demanding and challenging environment.
- Acts with empathy and in a responsive, sensitive and respectful nature toward people.
- Highly developed and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to engage and establish positive relationships with a variety of internal / external stakeholders.
- Flexibility in approach, ability to think laterally and apply innovative practices to satisfy the needs of changing circumstances.
