Council, in partnership with the Department of Human Services, provides a Lifestyle Options program for people living in the community with a disability. The programs aim to reduce barriers for people with disabilities to access services and encourage independence.

The Life Skills program is designed to assist in learning and developing skills in areas of everyday life. This can include personal development, physical health and wellbeing, shopping and cooking, basic budgeting and problem solving.
Our Gardening program provides an opportunity to learn basic gardening skills and experience the positive impact that gardening can have on our health and our environment. The group assists in maintaining gardens at local venues and at our Activity Centre.
