About the role
Become an integral part of our Community Care department by having direct responsibility for a well-established community care team delivering community care services, including aged, disability and early years. This position will provide a strategic focus in the planning, development and
delivery of community care programs and services within the Shire, with an emphasis on enhancing current practices and identifying new initiatives that will contribute to the prosperous future of our community.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing specialised care services and ensuring a strong proactive approach to achieving the best possible outcomes. We are seeking an experienced individual who has knowledge on a broad range of support services that could be integrated into Council practices. Your ability to effectively maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders will result in community care needs and priorities being met.
