WARNING PROCEDURE – DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR
|RECOGNITION||Disorderly/inappropriate behaviour may include any behaviour or incident that is disruptive, offensive or dangerous to other users or staff, or any of the same that prevents a staff member or patron from performing their role/activity.|
|WARNING||Patron will be asked to modify their behaviour such that it becomes suitable to the environment. Where possible options will be provided.|
|2nd WARNING||Patron will again be asked to modify their behaviour such that it becomes suitable to the environment.
If refusal to acknowledge and modify behaviour patron will be asked to leave the premises.
|EVICTION||The Senior Lifeguard will ask the patron(s) to leave the area or premises (depending on severity).
Patron(s) will be asked to collect their belongings immediately. They may not use the change rooms unless absolutely essential.
If patron/s fail to comply then they will be considered as trespassers and the police will be called to remove them.
In extreme circumstances disorderly/inappropriate behaviour may lead to the banning of patrons from Hepburn Pools for a period of time.
If someone refuses to leave the pool grounds, the police will be called to remove them.
Theft is taken very seriously. If theft is reported to staff they will speak with the accused person who will be asked permission to inspect personal property. Two staff will be present for the inspection.
If accused person refuses a search of personal property then the police will be informed.
If the theft is proven the Police will be informed of theft.
