Quick Response Grants Program

The Quick Response Grants program is open year-round and is designed to be accessible to community organisations who are interested in providing or supporting programs, activities or events for children and/or youth.

Community groups can apply for up to $500 for programs, activities or event that benefit children aged 8 to 12 years, or are led by youth aged 12 to 25 years.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application within two weeks of its submission.   
For successful applications, funds will be transferred after this point.  

There are two streams of this funding which include:

Children’s Program

  • Providing programs, activities or event for children aged 8 to 12 years
  • Provide opportunity for children to engage in activities they may normally not have access to
  • Programs must be accessible to children of all abilities and free for all to attend
  • Schools are eligible to apply for this funding

Youth

  • Designed to be accessible to young people, youth focused clubs and not-for-profit organisations
  • Provide opportunities for young people aged 12 to 25 to lead and organize a project within the Hepburn Shire
