At the April 2018 meeting, Council resolved to facilitate a postal survey of eligible voters in the Coliban Ward to determine the preferred location for the Trentham Hub.
POSTAL SURVEY: CHECK THE MAIL FOR YOUR SURVEY
Survey packs will be mailed to eligible voters by Friday 6 July 2018.
If you do not receive your postal survey by Tuesday 17 July 2018, please call the Principal Returning Officer on 0401 524 790 to arrange an alternative.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR SURVEY MATERIAL?
Your completed survey material must be in the mail or hand-delivered by 5.00pm Friday 27 July 2018.
Post your completed survey paper using the reply-paid envelope provided, or hand deliver it during library hours to:
13 Albert Street, Trentham
(Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm or Saturday 10am-1pm)
For eligible voters who will be absent and not able to receive their mail during July, you will be able to provide an ‘absentee’ response by post or email direct to the Returning Officer by 5.00pm Friday 27 July 2018. Further details on this option will be published by Friday 6 July.
