Work experience in local government can offer students with exposure to a variety of work experience opportunities. As a diverse organisation we can offer exposure to a range of specialist areas such as Planning, Information Technology, Engineering, Gardening, Financial Management including accounting, Customer Service, Librarians, Aged & Disability Services, Administration roles and so many more!
Hepburn Shire Council is a regional employer and recognises the importance of supporting young people’s career. We continue to work with schools and Universities in the region to provide opportunities for students to be involved in the work environment, to provide them with an insight into the important role local government plays in development and supporting local communities.
