If you are a community group who would like to provide programs, activities or events to welcome new residents, contact an officer today. This grant is available for existing and ongoing programs. Community grants open on 21 September 2022. 

Council is offering $65,000 in Community Grants to not for profit Community Groups or organisations for the benefit of the Hepburn Shire Community this financial year.

Mayor, Cr Tim Drylie said if you are you are part of a community group, I encourage you to look at these grants.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for community groups. By supporting community-led projects and partnerships between charities, community groups or other organisations we aim to build community capacity and resilience, and I encourage you to reach out to our officers to discuss the grant.”

 Categories include:

  • Active and Engaged Communities
  • Quality Community Infrastructure (including small equipment)
  • Sustainable Environments
  • Children’s Program (specifically for 8 - 12 years)

Round 2 will close 19 October 2022.
