Future Hepburn
The 2025 Victorian Transmission Plan proposed six renewable energy zones across the State. A renewable energy zone is an area identified to host wind, solar and battery projects.
Hepburn Shire Council is one of the worst affected Councils arising from this plan, which proposes transmission lines and a terminal station on high-quality agricultural land in our Shire.
