Councillors, staff and community allies came together today to recognise IDAHOBIT Day, International Day Against LGBTIQA+ Discrimination.
We gathered at the Big Rainbow in Daylesford and then raised the rainbow flag at the Victoria Park Pavilion. We heard a video message from Dr Todd Fernando (Victorian Commissioner for LGBTIQ+ Communities) and held a panel discussion that included the famous Dolly Diamond.
Hepburn Shire Council is proud of our diverse community. On 17 May, and every day, we will stand up for LGBTIQA+ inclusion. So can you
