Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Wednesday 12 August 2026 commencing at 7pm. The proposed business to be transacted at this meeting will be for Council to consider the Appointment of an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Appointment of an Executive Search and Recruitment Agency for the Permanent Chief Executive Officer Position.
This meeting will be held virtually, with the public able to view proceedings via the live stream on Council’s YouTube page.
Only the business as detailed above will be transacted at the Special Council Meeting.
This Special Council Meeting is called pursuant to Council’s Governance Rules 2022.
This meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to Section 66(2) a) of the Local Government Act 2020 as it is to consider confidential information.
Information will be made publicly available after the meeting as appropriate.
There will be no Public Participation Time conducted at this meeting.
