The 2026/27 Budget was adopted at a Special Meeting of Council last night. It focuses on getting back to basics and investing in the services that matter most.

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday 30 June 2026 commencing at 6 pm. The proposed business to be transacted at this meeting will be for Council to consider adoption of the Draft Budget 2026/27.
This meeting will be held virtually, with the public able to view proceedings via the live stream on Council’s YouTube page.
Only the business as detailed above will be transacted at the Special Council Meeting.
This Special Council Meeting is called pursuant to Council’s Governance Rules 2022.
There will be no Public Participation Time conducted at this meeting.
Community members will have the opportunity to present to Councillors (for three minutes) on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at Council Chambers - 24 Vincent Street Daylesford.
