If you’re looking for ways to entertain the family these school holidays, Hepburn Shire Council has you covered.
Council has a range of free activities and programs for children and young people aged from 6 to 25 years. Activities include skate competitions, hands-on craft sessions including making compost and growing plants, creating your own flag, making paint, learning how to cook dumplings, and even taking home sensory packs from your local library.
“Our free school holiday program offers some interesting options for younger members of our community,” said Mayor of Hepburn Shire, Cr Brian Hood.
“If you have a young person in your life – whether they live in the Shire or are visiting for the holidays – I encourage you to make the most of these free activities,” he said.
“Our teams have worked hard to organise a diverse collection of events over the school holidays so I urge families to get involved!”
