Looking for a creative, free and family-friendly way to keep the kids entertained these school holidays? Hepburn Libraries have a jam-packed program of hands-on activities, workshops and storytime sessions guaranteed to spark imaginations and keep boredom at bay.
Children of all ages are welcome to take part in exciting and FREE sessions at libraries in Daylesford, Creswick, Clunes and Trentham.
Daylesford will be buzzing with creativity. Kids can design quirky Felt Accessories (10.30–11.30am, Tuesday 23 September), build a Shoe Sculpture out of recycled objects (2–3pm, Wednesday 24 September), or get messy in a Clay Workshop (10.30–11.30am, Tuesday 30 September). Budding artists can also try their hand at Paper Marbling to create colourful swirls of art (10.30–11.30am, Friday 3 September).
With something happening at every library, there’s never been a better time to explore and join in the fun. All programs are free, but places are limited – bookings are essential.
