Support for local hospitality and tourism operators

Hepburn Shire Council is partnering with local business Greywoods Consulting to deliver an interactive online webinar, ‘Beyond the Seasonal Rush,’ aimed at supporting hospitality and tourism operators to strengthen their brand, improve marketing consistency, and build more sustainable, year-round demand.
Mayor, Cr Tony Clark, said that our local operators deliver high-quality visitor experiences but can face ongoing challenges, including inconsistent growth, seasonal fluctuations, and reliance on word-of-mouth marketing.
“I strongly encourage our local hospitality and tourism businesses to take up this opportunity. This practical session aims to address some of the challenges faced by operators by equipping participants with clear, actionable strategies for long-term success,” he said.
Taking place on Monday 15 June 2026 from 6:30–8 pm, the webinar has been tailored specifically to support café owners, restaurant operators, accommodation providers, event managers, tourism businesses and regional experience providers across the Hepburn Shire.
This webinar is free to attend and forms part of Council’s ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses to build capability, resilience and long-term growth.
Business owners and operators are encouraged to register early to secure their place.
