Tiny town Trentham wins big at Victorian tourism awards

Council is proud to announce that Trentham has been officially named the 2025 Victoria Top Tourism Town in the Tiny Tourism Town category, a remarkable achievement for the town and entire region.
Selected from a highly competitive field of outstanding towns, Trentham stood out for its charm, community spirit, and visitor appeal. As the Victorian winner in the Tiny Tourism Town category, Trentham will now be considered for a national award.
Mayor, Cr Don Henderson, said that this recognition is a celebration of Trentham's vibrant community and unique offerings.
“I would like to extend a big thank you to Steve Wroe and the dedicated team at Daylesford Macedon Tourism, whose outstanding work in preparing the award submission, in collaboration with Council’s Economic Development team, played a pivotal role in this success.”
“The video beautifully captures the essence of our tiny treasure, Trentham. We would also like to thank the amazing local businesses featured in the video, helping to showcase exactly what makes the town so special. And of course, to everyone who voted and supported our campaign. We invite everyone to come and experience Trentham for yourselves,” said Cr Don Henderson.
