Don't forget that bookings are required for all activities unless indicated. Youth programs - 12 to 18 years

Skate, scoot and BMX competition during Cresfest

Saturday 6 April from 9am to 3pm at Creswick Skate Park

Calling all skate, scoot, and BMX riders! 

Skate Park Leagues (SPL) series is a grassroots events focusing on positive participation with Skate, Scoot, and BMX competitions. The SPL series encourages inclusion, diversity and a positive skate park culture. 

Scooter 11am (10 and under, 13 and under, 16 and under, opens) 

BMX 12:30pm (13 and under, opens) 

Skate 1:30pm (10 and under, 13 and under, 16 and under, opens) 

Male and female divisions in each category.

Annual FReeZA Summit 2024

Tuesday 9 April from 11am - 4pm at the Collingwood Yards Music Market. 

This event is an opportunity for young who are keen on music, to come together and connect from across Victoria. 

This once-a-year event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the FReeZA Community, enjoy fun activities and learn from Industry professionals, and find innovative ideas or ways of working. Transport is provided. To secure your place contact the youth@hepburn.vic.gov.au

Cooking Class with Sallie Harvey - Trentham and Daylesford
  • Trentham - Monday 8 April from 10.30am to 1.30pm at Trentham Sportsground Reserve
  • Daylesford - Thursday 11 April from 10.30am to 1.30pm at Victoria Park. 

Sallie Harvey's healthy cooking classes offer an exciting opportunity to learn how to make a delicious and nutritious meal. In these sessions we will be focusing on the art of making dumplings. Join us and discover the secrets behind creating these delectable treats while also learning valuable cooking techniques. Don't miss out on this chance to enhance your culinary skills and enjoy a flavourful experience. Limits apply. Book now.  

Take home sensory packs

Sensory bins provide a hands-on learning experience that offers a wide range of advantages for children's growth and development. These engaging containers are filled with diverse textures and materials promote exploration, creativity, and the enhancement of various skills. Pick up a pack from libraries at Daylesford, Trentham, Clunes and Creswick Libraries and neighbourhood houses at Daylesford, Trentham and Creswick and Clunes Neighbourhood House. Numbers are limited.

Can you grow a plant from a banana peel? YES! Discover where your lunch scraps go after you put them in the NEW food and garden organics bin. You will then grow a baby plant in your own personally designed recycled pot! But don’t forget the magic ingredient...
