Deaf or Hard of Hearing– 0428 253 458. As part of our ‘inclusive’ practices, Council has provided a dedicated mobile phone for SMS use by people who are deaf or hard of hearing (DHoH). We are aware that people who are DHoH are unable to pick up a regular phone and make a voice call or enquiry for a ‘real time’ response so we responded accordingly by providing this service. Please be aware that it is for SMS messages only and will not be picked up in the event of an incoming voice call. If using this SMS service please leave your name and any other preferred contact details and details about your enquiry so we may respond appropriately.
