The 5000 Club volunteers do a fabulous job provided free and healthy lunches to residents of our Shire, some of which may be experiencing social isolation or financial hardship. The 5000 Club received a Community Grant from Council which has helped fund the purchase of food and ingredients from local Daylesford businesses. At last night's Council meeting the 2019-20 Budget was adopted. This is exciting news as it means we can now get on with delivering the $9.4 million capital works program and many infrastructure projects (large and small) across the Shire.
