Council has engaged CollectAU to assist in the recovery of rates and charges which are overdue from the 2024/25 financial year. If you receive correspondence from CollectAU regarding outstanding rates via email, post, or SMS, please contact CollectAU as soon as possible to discuss your options.
The Fire Danger Period for Hepburn Shire started at 1 am on Monday 24 November.
Section 6.7 of the Councillor Integrity Policy and Internal Resolution Procedures states that within seven days of the interaction, Councillors must disclose all interactions with planning applicants (applicant and their representatives), developers and objectors, via any and all means, and these details are to be recorded on a register.
Subject to privacy requirements, the register will be made public each month via Council’s website, and include details of interactions disclosed within the previous 12 months and, a register has been created to collect and collate Councillor interactions with persons and or companies associated with statutory and strategic planning matters.
