Learn how to prepare for storm and flash flooding, including warnings, safety tips, and what to do, followed by free morning tea.

What would you do if a severe storm or flash flooding impacted your community?

Join Victoria State Emergency Service (SES) for a practical, easy-to-understand session focused on staying safe during storms and flooding. Learn how to recognise risks, understand warnings, and take simple steps to protect your home, property, and loved ones.

This session is designed for everyone, with no prior knowledge needed. SES volunteers will share real-world insights, answer your questions, and help you feel more confident about what to do before, during, and after an event.

After the session, stay for a free afternoon tea and a chance to connect with local SES volunteers and other community members.

Come along, build your knowledge, and take a simple step towards being better prepared.
