Hire a Trailrider

The TrailRider is an all-terrain access wheelchair which allows community members and tourists with physical and mobility issues to explore the great outdoors and experience some of Hepburn Shire’s parks, reserves, tracks and trails. Read this brochure on the TrailRider(PDF, 4MB).

The TrailRider is available free from the Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre at 98 Vincent Street, Daylesford. Bookings are essential – phone 5348 6123 or email visitorinfo@hepburn.vic.gov.au to book.

Hepburn Shire Mobility Map

The Mobility Map has been designed to help people identify things like accessible car parks, toilets, public seating, shopping precincts, as well as services like libraries and service stations.

The Mobility Map covers the townships of Daylesford, Hepburn Springs, Creswick, Trentham and Clunes.

Collect a copy of the mobility map from the Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre at 98 Vincent Street Daylesford. 

The mobility map was last updated in 2013 and the accuracy of this map cannot be guaranteed.

Hire an access ramp

Free to hire access ramps are a temporary solution to small steps or bumps. There are a number of portable ramps available to hire.

The lightweight ramps can be modified to suit any obstruction under 5cm.
