Work in collaboration with the Coordinator People and Culture and Manager People and Culture to provide a wholistic business partnering service to support the growth, development and wellbeing of Council’s workforce, through the coordination and delivery of high quality, efficient human resource services to the organisation.

We have 3 x Labourer/Operator positions for a 3 month engagement to assist with weed management in Mineral Springs Reserves and designated creeks to reduce weed infestation and reduce waterway obstructions as well as the development and maintenance of parks, gardens and reserves in the Hepburn Shire.

Labourer Parks & Open Spaces - Work for Victoria
  • Temporary 6 month contract
  • Full-time 38 hours per week
  • Band 3 $27.20 per hour + 9.5% Super

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and possesses a can-do attitude to assist with the development and maintenance of local parks gardens and reserves across Hepburn Shire. You will be a team player and be adaptable at performing general duties including but not limited to mowing, landscape maintenance of public parks, garden beds, weeding and general maintenance and cleaning duties as requested.
